An outdoor kitchen on the Eastside needs a roof, task light over the grill and a counter that does not stain. We plan the cooking line, the sitting side and the path from the back door, then coordinate gas, power and permits so the kitchen is ready the day the crew leaves.
What's in the scope
- Grill, side burner, sink and fridge layouts
- Stone, concrete or porcelain counters rated for outdoors
- Pergolas and solid roofs with gutters
- Task lights over the grill, soft light on the seating
- Gas, electrical and permits coordinated by us
- Heaters and screens for shoulder seasons
Questions people ask
Do we need a permit?
Roofs, gas and new circuits usually do. We tell you which apply in your city at the site visit and handle the applications.
Will the counters survive the winter?
We specify materials rated for freeze and thaw and seal them. Covers are cheap insurance for appliances.
Can we add it to an existing patio?
Often. We check the base and drainage first, because a kitchen is heavy and cannot sit on a cracked slab.
